Ever + Hence respects your privacy. This page explains what information is collected when you visit everandhence.com, place an order, join The List, send a message or otherwise interact with Ever + Hence—and what happens to that information afterwards.
The short version: I collect the information reasonably needed to run Ever + Hence, fulfil orders, answer you and operate the website. I do not sell your personal information.

Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Ever + Hence does not need to receive or store your complete credit-card number in order to process your purchase. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.
Why your information is used
Your information may be used to process and fulfil orders, deliver digital purchases, communicate with you about an order or enquiry, provide customer service, maintain business and accounting records, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations and operate or improve the website.
I only try to collect information that has a reasonable purpose.
The List and marketing emails
Joining The List is optional and separate from contacting Ever + Hence or making a purchase.
If you join The List, your name and email address may be used to send occasional Ever + Hence news, new releases, projects, events or other updates.
You can unsubscribe using the link included in those emails.
Sending a message through the Contact form does not automatically add you to The List.
Canadian anti-spam rules generally require commercial emails to have appropriate consent, identification information and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
Service providers
Ever + Hence uses service providers necessary to operate the business and website. These may include website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, ecommerce, security and related technology providers.
